REFUND POLICY

Customers can return the product in its original condition. (The product must not be torn and unopened) within 14 days after you receive the product.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
Please send your problematic product back via EMS. Must be returned within 14 days after you receive the ordered products.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Unless the return is a result of an error of the individual standing, such as a single stand, the delivery of the goods to you is not in accordance with the order sheet. If those errors occur The stand alone will be happy to deliver the correct product to you again. The individual standing is responsible for all expenses.
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received from the stand alone. So please pack them. Carefully sent back To ensure that those goods will be returned in normal condition. Not damaged

We do not accept exchanges / returns in the following cases:
1.Products not purchased from www.standaloneco.com
2. Products that have been unwrapped, opened or used
3. Damaged goods Or damage due to the customer's own single return stand.
4. The customer did not send the product back to us within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.
5. Products that are free gifts or special items with conditions
